3. Obligations of the Applicant

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

• Provide correct personal, academic, and financial details.
• Submit valid documents required for admissions, visa, or job placement.
• Pay applicable service charges, visa fees, or other costs in a timely manner.
• Abide by the laws and regulations of the country you are applying to.
  

4. Our Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of client information as per our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee:

• Admission to a particular university/college.
• Employment with a specific employer.
• Visa approval, as this decision rests solely with immigration authorities.
  

5. Payments & Refunds

• All service charges will be communicated clearly before engagement.
• Fees paid to external bodies (universities, visa offices, testing agencies, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Refund requests for consultancy fees (if applicable) will be considered only if services were not initiated, subject to management approval.
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• 7 Oceans International shall not be liable for losses arising from rejection of admission, employment, or visa by third parties.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by external institutions, embassies, or government authorities.
• Any advice or guidance given is based on our experience, but the final outcome depends on external decision-making bodies.

Clients are expected to:

• Treat staff and partners with respect.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from misrepresentation or submission of false documents.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate services if:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
